The J2190A active filter presents a high impedance (approximately 150kOhms) minimizing the loading of the circuit being tested. The output impedance is 50 Ohms allowing low noise coaxial connections to all typical test equipment. The 0.1Hz-10Hz noise band is common for opamp measurements, voltage regulators and voltage references. Many application notes offer schematics of such a filter for test purposes. An engineer’s time is much too valuable to be spent building test equipment. We have created a 4th order high pass and 4th order low pass filter with an optimally flat response and 0dB gain. Additional filters can be cascaded for even sharper cutoff.

The AX92351 is a 64-ch isolated digital I/O PCI Express card with 2,000VDC isolation protection. This high-density digital I/O card with high-speed PCI Express x1 bus is excellent for use in applications requiring digital control or monitoring, such as semiconductor machinery, PC-based industrial machinery, programmable I/O logic control, and process status monitoring. The AX92351 features 32 isolated digital input channels and 32 isolated digital output channels with isolation protection of 2,000V for industrial applications where high-voltage isolation is required. It is equipped with a board ID feature for easy identification of multiple cards in single system. There is a digital filter function to prevent input signals from carrying noise or a chattering. Each isolated input has a sink or source current which supports dry and wet contact for maximum application flexibility. The card has a wide range of input voltage from 10 to 30V to meet most industrial application needs. The AX92351 also provides two interrupt sources on digital input channels. Digital output has open controller and supports maximum 30VDC. The read-back function is another useful function that allows monitoring each output port.

The Model T300U Trace-level CO analyzer has been developed specifically to address the challenges of low level monitoring as required, for example, in the US NCore network. The Model N300 is a microprocessor-controlled analyzer based on the Beer-Lambert law that is used to determine the concentration of carbon monoxide (CO) in a sample gas.The N300 uses Gas Filter Correlation (GFC) to overcome the interfering effects of various other gases (such as water vapor) that also absorb Infrared (IR) light. The analyzer passes the IR light beam through a spinning wheel made up of two separate chambers: one containing a high concentration of CO known as the reference, and the other containing a neutral gas known as the measure. The concentration of CO in the sample chamber is computed by taking the ratio of the instantaneous measure and reference values and then compensating the ratio for sample temperature and pressure.
