The 40-780B-751 (PXI) and 42-780B-751 (PXIe) are single SPDT 2.5GHz 75Ω unterminated microwave relay modules. Connections are made via front panel mounted high quality RF coaxial connectors, SMA or N-Type for 50Ω and 1.6/5.6 in 75Ω versions. Remote versions are also available which can support up to three SPDT relays in a single slot.

It can supply the device under test with single phase precise voltage and current with calibrated phase shift along with DC voltage and current capability. Isolation Transformers

The SX1 set consists of 3 passive near field probes for making measurements in the development phase of E-field and magnetic field with a high clock frequency in the range from 1 GHz to 10 GHz. The probe heads of the set SX allow for measurements close to electronic assemblies, e.g. on single IC pins, conducting paths, components and their connectors, to localize interference sources.
