One Axis Differential Interferometer
10719A
The Keysight 10719A One Axis Differential Interferometer makes either a differential linear or angular measurement for use in single and multiple axis applications. The linear measurement gauges the displacement between two objects, such as a stage and an optical column or inspection tool. The 10719A also measures either pitch or roll. An angle is measured when both reference and measurement beams measure to the same mirror. The 10721A provides high immunity to unwanted interferometer displacement, such as thermal expansion. It is a modular, compact design with monolithic optics for maximized mechanical stability. Use of a small 3 mm beam helps decrease Abb offset error.

Galvo-Resonant Scan Head and Controller
Our LSK-GR08(/M) Galvo-Resonant Scanner contains one resonant scan mirror and one galvo scan mirror that deflect an incident laser beam in X and Y, respectively. Identical to the galvo-resonant scanner used in our Bergamo® II multiphoton microscopes and complete Cerna®-based confocal systems, the 8 kHz resonant frequency of the resonant scan mirror enables much higher-speed scans than a galvo-galvo system. In our Bergamo system, the scanner can achieve 30 fps at 512 x 512 pixels image resolution.

Using IR absorption with a Gas Filter Correlation Wheel, the T300U is designed to allow ultra-sensitive CO measurements while still meeting the requirements for use as a US EPA compliance analyzer.The optical bench is enclosed in a temperature controlled oven, dramatically decreasing instrument noise and drift. The objective and field mirrors in the sample cell are gold plated to maximize signal to noise performance, while a temperature-controlled Nafion dryer on the inlet minimizes water interference caused by ambient humidity changes. Solar Simulation Systems
PET Solar Simulators consist of a Light Source with a built-in Lamp Power Supply. The Solar Simulator has an ellipsoidal reflector that surrounds the lamp and collects most of the lamp output. The radiation from the lamp is focused onto an optical integrator that helps produce a uniform diverging beam. The beam is diverted 90° by a mirror onto a collimating lens. Special filters are placed between the mirror and the collimating lens to shape the radiation spectra to match various air masses. The output is a uniform beam that closely matches the sun's radiation spectra for a given air mass. Various models offer different areas of illumination. Each model can be manufactured to simulate the sun's radiation for different air masses.
