Portable Small Meter Tester
The Portable Small Meter Tester (PSMT) is a lightweight system for field testing of 5/81 in. meters. It includes a test meter with control valves, hose connections, fittings and pressure gauge. Meter tests can be done without removing them from service. The inlet control valve ensures an accurate test start and stop. A globe valve downstream from the meter allows flow rate adjustment during test. Connection to the PSMT is made using standard 3/4 in. male hose connections located on the exterior of the case. Two 3/4 x 39 in. metal-reinforced flexible hoses are provided for easy field connections.

Chemiluminescence Ammonia Analyzer
Model T201
The Model T201 combines a specially configured chemiluminescence analyzer with an external thermal converter to give stable and repeatable NH3 measurements at very low levels. In addition, the T201 provides simultaneous values for NO, NO2, and NOx concentrations. The T201 is ideal for trace ammonia monitoring applications in ambient air as well as in clean rooms and make-up air units. Optional zero and span valves allow automatic, unattended calibration checks.The Model T201 achieves its remarkable stability by means of an AutoZero valve which measures and corrects for zero noise. Multiple self-checks are performed continuously to insure maximum up-time while an innovative sample path, plumbed with specially conditioned materials, preserves the NH3 sample and reduces interferents to a minimum. Fluid Power Actuators

The CQ range provides an innovative fully-concentric and balanced actuator design for quarter-turn valves. The design features a helical mechanism that transforms linear piston motion into quarter-turn valve stem rotation. CQ actuators provide a much higher torque output for a given footprint than scotch yoke designs typically utilised to operate many quarter-turn valve types. It is therefore ideally suited for installation in confined spaces. Further, Rotork’s unique helical pin design provides higher efficiency than a helical gear mechanism utilised by other valve actuator manufacturers.As standard, the CQ torque output profile, like that of a scotch yoke actuator, is engineered to parallel the torque demand profile typically found with popular quarter-turn valve types. The CQ design however is unique in that the torque profile can be custom engineered and manufactured to meet specific, non-standard valve torque requirements.In our experience, the CQ standard range of sizes is suitable for applications that require a pneumatically powered actuator with torque demand less than 150,000 Nm. However, we also engineer CQ actuators with greater output and/or hydraulic power. Please apply to Rotork for these applications.
