The 40-614 High Density 2 Amp multiplexer module is available in 20 configurations. All configurations use high quality electro-mechanical signal relays allowing each channel to switch current up to 2A and voltage up to 200VDC/140VACThe module is suitable for signal routing in ATE and data acquisition systems. User connections are made via a front panel 160-pin DIN 41612 connector which is fully supported by our range of cabling and connector solutions.

The SMT700 is one of the first of a new range of Sundance cards that includes a direct connection to SLB (Sundance Local Bus) compatible mezzanine card, without the need for a Sundance TIM. This enables a variety of cards to be added to a system, for example extra Ethernet ports, video in/out, High speed ADC / DAC etc. Data from these extra cards (along with data from the SMT700’s own inputs – up to 1Gb/s Ethernet, 2.5Gb/s optical links, and RSL links) can be processed via the Virtex 5, or by another linked card or module.

The 40-510 series of matrix modules feature a wide range of selectable switching configurations (12x4,dual 12x4,12x8 and 24x4). Typical applications include signal routing in ATE and data acquisition systems. Available reed relay formats are 1-pole, 2-pole and 1-Pole screened. The screened version is suitable for switching signals up to 50MHz. Larger matrices may be constructed by Daisy Chaining the common signals from multiple PXI modules.

This range of High-Density Multiplexer is part of our BRIC family. These MUX's are designed to simplify the connection of a common set of test equipment to one of a number of different devices for testing (simultaneous multiple channel selection is also possible, without limitation). These multiplexers are ideal for applications where the equipment needs to conduct the same test process on a series of similar devices one at a time. They are available in a variety of configurations that allow testing with differing number of devices to be tested and different connection widths to suit differing test equipment pin counts.
