The Model T108 Total Sulfur analyzer is designed to measure mixed sulfur impurities, collectively referred to as Total Sulfides, in air or carbon dioxide gas. Since there is no scrubber in the system, the instrument reading is the sum of the oxidized sulfur compounds and SO2.The Model T108 consists of a modified Model T100 SO2 analyzer with special software and a Model 501TS high temperature thermal oxidizer. Sulfur compounds are heated as they pass through the converter and oxidized into SO2. When analyzing CO2, which generally contains no oxygen, approximately 6% O2 is added to the sample before entering the converter. This dilution is corrected in the calibration procedure.

EL Testing for Si Solar Cells using High Performance CCD. The determination of luminescence (photo emissions) in solar cells is an important characterization tool. Typical solar cells often have defects which limit the efficiency or lifetime of a cell. Many of these defects are visualized with Luminescence Imaging. By using this technique, the manufacturing process can be optimized to produce better cells. Luminescence Imaging takes advantage of the radiative inter-band recombination of excited charge carriers in solar cells. The emitted photons can be captured with a sensitive CCD camera to obtain an image of the distribution of the radiative recombination in the cell. This distribution is determined by the local excitation level, allowing the detection of electrical losses, thus mapping the diffusion length of minority carriers as the emitted light is low intensity and in the near infra-red range, the CCD camera has a high sensitivity wavelength from 900 to 1100 nm with little thermal noise. This CCD camera provides excellent resolution of 1024 x 1024 pixels with a large 1μm pixel size, multi-megahertz readout speed, and robust USB 2.0 connectivity. The EL CCD Camera is the ultimate high-performance CCD camera for electroluminescence and photoluminescence imaging for Photovoltaic (PV) Cells and Modules. The Emergency Interseat Sequencing System (EISS) was designed an qualified for the F-15K Fighter and has since been installed in the F-15SG and F-15SA configurations of the F-15. The system consists of Thermal Batteries with Initiators, a Digital Interseat Sequencer, Mode Selector, and customer provided cabling Electro-Explosive Devices (EEDs). The system is operated from either thermal battery and aircraft 28Vdc for redundancy. A separate field Test Set (EESSTS) performs both complete system continuity tests and an operational test of the total system installed in the aircraft. The sequencer is programmable and could be used in any escape system.Based on the initiation point, Forward or Aft Seat Handle, Internal or External Canopy Jettison Handles, and the Mode Selector setting, the Sequencer provides firing pulses to the EEDs to support canopy removal, ejection seat inertial reel activation(s) and ejection seat catapult firing(s). Sensing capabilities are provided to determine system state, canopy gone, seat gone, so as to provide the optimum escape timing.
