Digital Module
The REM‑11152 is a digital input module for remote I/O. Remote I/O systems are low-cost, modular systems for simple machine control and measurements. A remote I/O system consists of an EtherCAT bus coupler and individual modules mounted on a DIN rail. You control the REM‑11152 from a real-time controller, such as a CompactRIO Controller or an Industrial Controller. You can use remote I/O hardware to add low-cost I/O for simple tasks while your controller handles advanced tasks such as image processing, motion control, and high-speed or specialty measurements. The REM‑11152 features 2‑, 3‑, and 4‑wire spring terminal connection methods, a built-in power supply for sensors, and an adjustable filter time to improve measurement quality. You can use inputs as counters or standard digital inputs.

Connections are made via front panel mounted high quality RF coaxial connectors, SMA or N-Type for 50 Ω and 1.6/5.6 in 75 Ω versions. Remote versions are also available which can support up to three SPDT relays in a single slot.

The AMC730 is a a 10-Gigabit Ethernet (10GbE) AdvancedMCTM(AMC) module which includes an on-board line rate multi-core packet processor based on Cavium CN63XX CPU. VadaTech offers this product in a mid size (full size optional) form factor with the AMC.1, AMC.2 and AMC.4 specifications. The AMC730 is based around the Cavium OCTEON CN63xx processor which has been specifically designed to intelligently process Ethernet packets at line rate.The processor can be loaded via the PCIe/SRIO interface or via an optional flash memory. The number of processor cores, speed grade, and amount of DDR3 memory is customizable based on customer needs. The 9025 VXI Receiver is a 25-module solution designed for use with VPC pre-wired interconnect adapters, but can also accommodate a combination of pre-wired interconnect adapters and discrete-wired modules using retainer blocks.1-4 modules attach to an interconnect adapter which in turn is attached to the VXI card. This connector “funnel” forms a complete VXI module, which is easily inserted or removed from the VXI mainframe for maximum flexibility in testing applications. The interconnect adapter also provides room for driver sensors. External cabling to the card is done with a cable clamp or connector located on the top or bottom of the adapter.
