The drivers are controlled via direct logic signals from a host ECU and provide fire-by-fire diagnostics back to that unit via CAN. Connections are made via a front panel 96 pin male micro-D connector. For applications requiring improved bandwidth and crosstalk performance please look at our 40-120/125 range of shielded reed relay cards. General purpose reed relays are suitable for the construction of small switching networks, for slaving up to larger switches or for operating external devices (e.g. lamps, solenoids etc.). To simplify inter-relay wiring, interconnection points are built onto the circuit board thus easing the construction of complicated wiring.

The Quad RF Driver contains four independent RF channels, each with an RF synthesizer, variable attenuator, and 1W power amplifier. The RF signal can originate from either the internal synthesizer or an external source via SMA input. All channels have independent frequency, phase, and gain settings and can be operated in one of two modes. The “Wideband” mode operates from 35MHz to 2GHz with a 3.472KHz resolution; over this range the frequency roll-off is approximately 0.5dB/100MHz. “Int-N Phase Adjust” mode allows the user to set and maintain a fixed phase relationship between all four channels. This mode is designed to operate between 300 and 460MHz with a 2MHz resolution. Two additional inputs are provided for an external frequency reference and digital modulation.

DP-VXI-4017 is an 80 Channel Relay Multiplexer constructed using ‘2 Form A’ (DPST) relays. It is a ‘C’ size 1 slot register based VXI module. This 80 Channel Relay Multiplexer module is highly configurable. As an 80 channel multiplexer, one input can be multiplexed to any of the 80 outputs or vice versa. The 80 channel multiplexer is divided into 8 banks of 10 channels each. This combination allows the board to be used as one group of 80x1 or two groups of 40x1 or four groups of 20x1 or eight groups of 10x1 differential multiplexer. The banks are isolated from each other by tree switches. 8 tree switches are used, one tree switch for each bank. A common tree switch is used to group all the eight banks. For short circuit protection resistors are provided for all the common terminals.
