The 60-982 provides a effective method of adapting trigger signals from bench instruments to the LXI Wired Trigger Bus signalling standard. The 60-982 converts M-LVDS signals on the WTB to Low Voltage TTL signals and converts Low Voltage TTL signals to M-LVDS. All 8 channels of the LXI WTB are supported in a single adaptor. Each channel of the WTB can be configured either manually or through a digital I/O to be Disabled, Driven or in Wired OR mode. The interface is fully compatible with the LXI WTB standard and counts as one node on the bus.

Columbia's SI-701 Series of Inclinometers are electronic tilt sensors based on Force Balance Accelerometer technology. They produce high level low impedance output proportional to the sine of the tilt angle. Model SI-701B is a low cost general purpose sensor that can be up-graded with the addition of the Columbia "HP" torquer system (SI-701BI) for greater accuracy and ruggedness. A bi-axial version of both units (SI-702B) is also available. The Model SI-701BI is designed with an output circuit made for 4-20mA data transmission systems for industrial applications. The model SI-701FND is a fluid dampened premium performance inclinometer designed to produce accurate tilt data in extreme shock and vibration environments. The latest addition in the line is Model SI-701WPBI, a waterproof (to 150 feet) inclinometer which operates from a +15 volt supply with 4-20mA output. MT97x, MT98x and XT98x series automated tuners (also known as automated impedance tuners and automated load pull tuners) are precision instruments that are optimized for a broad class of in-fixture and on-wafer applications, and may be used in any automated or manual application requiring the ability to match the impedance of a microwave circuit element or to establish specific impedances at a terminal interface. The tuner design is based on the slide screw concept using the inherently broadband slab-line transmission structure. Each unit has two non-contacting probes deliver high VSWR with superb accuracy and reliability over a wide frequency range. These probes can be fully retracted leaving a low-loss, well-matched transmission line, which is a significant benefit in power related applications where two-port tuners capable of handling large amounts of power are required. Micro probes 1 MHz up to 1 GHz
MFA 02 set
The two in the set included micro probes are used to measure low-frequency magnetic fields up to 1 GHz, e.g. at signal conductors (150µm), SMD componets (0603-0201) or IC pins. The MFA micro probes are guided by hand. An amplifier stage is integrated into the probe head. The amplifier stage (9V, 100mA) is powered via the BT 706 Bias tee. It has an impedance of 50 Ohm. The micro probes are connected via the Bias tee to a spectrum analyzer or an oscilloscope. The MFA 02 set delivery of Langer EMV-Technik GmbH includes correction lines. With the help of the correction lines the probe output voltage is converted either into the respective magnetic field or to the current which is running through the conductor.

Transmission Line Probes
Transmission line probes are a special type of passive probe designed for use at very high frequencies. They replace the high impedance probe cable found in a traditional passive probe with a precision transmission line, with a characteristic impedance that matches the oscilloscope input (50 Ohm). This greatly reduces the input capacitance to a fraction of a picofarad, minimizing the loading of high frequency signals. A matching network at the tip increases the DC input resistance. While they have lower DC input resistance than a traditional passive probe (usually 500 Ohm) to 1kOhm), the input impedance of these probes remains nearly constant over their entire frequency range. A traditional /10 passive probe will have a 10 MOhm) input impedance at DC, however this impedance drops rapidly with frequency, passing below the input impedance of a transmission line probe at less than 100 MHz.

The EM-2108 is a standard test fixture for evaluation of the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness (SE) of planar materials. The fixture is a section of coaxial transmission line broken to allow the insertion of planar test materials. Although ASTM D4935-10 is currently limited to an upper frequency of 1.5 GHz, the EM-2108 meets and complies fully with both the impedance and SE requirements called out in ASTM test method D4935-10 up to 10 GHz. These results are shown in Figures 1 & 2. The measured data relates to the shielding effectiveness due to a plane wave (far field EM wave) from which near field values for magnetic and electric fields may be inferred.
