The FMC142 is an analog-to-digital (A/D) and digital-to-analog (D/A) FMC daughter card that provides two 16-bit A/D channels at 370MSPS and two 16-bit D/A channels at 2.5GSPS which can be clocked by an internal clock source (optionally locked to an external reference) or by an externally-supplied sample clock. A trigger input is also available for customized sampling control. The FMC142 is mechanically and electrically compliant to the FMC standard (ANSI/VITA 57.1-2010). It offers front panel analog I/O access and can be used in a conduction-cooled environment.

Digital to Analog Converter
20-bit digital-to-analog (D/A) converter offering 20-bit monotonic performance over the specified temperature range. It utilizes delta-sigma technology to achieve inherently linear performance in a small package at very low power. The resolution of the device can be programmed to 20 bits for Full-Scale, settling to 0.003% within 15ms typical, or 16 bits for Full-Scale, settling to 0.012% within 2ms max. PWM to Voltage Output D/A Converters
Analog Devices’ pulse-width modulation (PWM) to voltage output D/A converters convert a PWM input to an accurate, stable, buffered voltage without the ripple, slow settling, and external passive components of discrete filter implementations.
