Non-Enclosed, 50 kS/s/channel, Bridge Analog Input, 4-Channel C Series Strain/Bridge Input Module - The sbRIO‑9237 includes all the signal conditioning required to power and measure up to four bridge-based sensors simultaneously. The module provides strain or load measurements with zero interchannel phase delay. It also has 60 VDC isolation and 1,000 Vrms transient isolation, providing high‑common‑mode noise rejection and increased safety. You can program the sbRIO‑9237 for use with half-bridge and full-bridge sensors with built-in excitation. The four RJ50 jacks provide direct connectivity to most torque or load cells and offer custom cable solutions with minimal tools. Non-enclosed modules are designed for OEM applications.

The performance of the test objects can be up to 800 MVA or even more. The magnetic loading of a transformer is performed quickly using a high loading voltage (60V). This is important for time critical measurements (cooling curves). The unloading of the transformers core is very fast, very safe, as the energy is total destroyed in the MR 8050.

The unit is compact and lightweight. The basic system is 7″ wide by 2.5″ high and 12″ long. When measurements are needed below approximately 100 micro-ohm-centimeters, the basic system is piggybacked onto a second enclosure that houses a power amplifier with a current gain of ten. The combined unit measures 7″ wide by 5″ high and 12″ long. The combined unit weighs 11.5 pounds. Two short cables interconnect the two enclosures for powering the power amplifier and routing the signals to the fixture or four point probe. It is ideal for testing transformer windings (power transformers, distribution, autotransformers) and for on-load tap changer verification. In addition, any RMO-TW transformer ohmmeter & tap changer analyzer can also perform transformer demagnetization.The series contains 4 models, with maximal test currents from 10 A (RMO10TW) to 50 A (RMO50TW). They are fitted in a portable and lightweight metal housing.All transformer ohmmeters from RMO-TW series generate a true DC ripple-free current with automatically regulated measurement and discharging circuit. The injection of current and discharge of energy from the test object are automatically regulated.Three independent channels enable testing of three windings in series.
