The Hiden ExQ quantitative gas analyser is a new multi-featured and compact mass spectrometer system providing continuous on-line analysis of dynamic gas streams at pressures from sub-atmospheric up to 30 bar, the fully integrated system now being configurable both for benchtop and for rack-mounting operation. Connection to the process is via a flexible heated inert capillary line with a sample consumption rate less than 10 mL/minute and a response time of less than 300 milliseconds at pressures near atmosphere. The comprehensive range of process interface options enables adaptation of the system to accommodate analysis of up to 16 individual process streams, and adaptors are available for direct connection of the system to most standard TGA/TA instruments. External process data, sample temperature or mass for example, can be imported for combined integration and presentation with the mass spectral data.

The PLZ-4WL offers six operation modes, and equips with various features such as sequence operation, switching operation, soft-start function, and time and voltage measurement. The PLZ-4WL applies not only for the conventional load test of the CPU power supply, but also it can be applied to even faster current response test. The A2T is a single axis, digital gravity angle sensor. The A2T serves as a full 360 range absolute tilt sensing programmable level with either digital or analog output. Internally, a rotary bar coded disk is mounted to a weighted gravity driven wheel. A micro-controller strobes an LED to transfer the bar code image onto an optical linear array, then decodes the position every 2 mSec. Magnetic damping provides fast response and settling time while virtually eliminating overshoot and oscillations. An internal EEPROM stores field programmable parameters such as resolution, zero position, direction swap, and mode. This second generation design virtually eliminates the primary accuracy limitation of first generation inclinometers, which is sitation (hysteresis).

The TMO-2 Transducer Modules is a complete differential amplifier/signal conditioners with self contained power. The units provide excitation, balance and span adjustment via precision 10 turn pots, and shunt calibration necessary to couple a user supplied bridge type transducer to an indicating instrument. Full scale output is specified at plus or minus 10 VDC. The TMO-2 provides a floating shunt calibration circuit which applies calibration at the transducer, thereby eliminating errors due to line losses. The excitation supply incorporates a Wagner Ground to greatly improve Common Mode Rejection. The factory set bandwidth of the module is narrow to improve stability for applications such as weighing scales. The removal of a single capacitor will increase the frequency response DC to 60K Hz for dynamic data applications.
