PD5033 is an IP67 outdoor, weather resistant, DC blocking, three way, RF broadband, 50 ohm, power divider, power combiner furnished with N type coaxial connectors. The passive Wilkinson design passes RF and the 10 MHz reference signal through both ports while blocking DC current. This configuration is typically used in combining applications to prevent passing DC to the sum and adjacent ports. Max voltage rating at the DC blocked ports is 50 VDC. Applying AC voltage to a capacitor with insulation materials causes an energy loss due to the leak current, the dielectric polarization, and the partial discharge. Because of this, the phase of the capacitor current is more delayed than that of a zero-loss current (reactive current) flowing in an ideal insulation material.
